Juneteenth Jubilation: Commemorating Freedom in Pittsfield, MA By Dr. Bilé I 6/16/2024

Started this beautiful day in front of Pittsfield City Hall alongside community leaders to commemorate Juneteenth with a flag-raising ceremony, Mayor Pete Marchetti's proclamation, and a moving poetry reading by Sabriana Alard. The journey continued with a Freedom Walk to Rev Durant Park, accompanied by uplifting music from Jerome Edgertom Jr. Stay tuned for more photos that beautifully capture the essence of this unforgettable event.
