While these are important, don’t overlook one of the most critical aspects of a successful school year: taking care of yourself. Here are some practical tips on taking care of yourself:
Sleep: Aim for 8-10 hours of sleep each night to stay alert and focused during the day.
Nutrition: Eat a balanced diet and stay hydrated. A healthy body supports a sharp mind.
Exercise: Regular physical activity can help reduce stress and improve concentration.
